No. Starshroooms are made from six functional mushrooms (Lion's Mane, Cordyceps, Maitake, Tremella, Chaga and Reishi) plus Panax Ginseng. Every ingredient is safe and legal.
When should I take them?
Two gummies a day. Take Starshroooms 30 to 60 minutes before bed for sleep, or with breakfast for daytime focus. Kalma works best in the morning. Grooovy Greeens fits any time of day.
How long until I notice a difference?
