Orders and delivery.

Is delivery free?

Yes. Every UK order ships free with fully tracked delivery.

How long does delivery take?

Usually 2 to 3 working days. Orders placed after 2pm are processed the next working day.

I haven't had my order confirmation.

Check the email address you used at checkout and your junk folder. Still nothing? Message us and we will find it.

How do I pause, skip or cancel?

Use the subscription portal link in your emails, any time. Or message us and we will do it for you and confirm by email.

Can I swap products in my subscription?

Yes. Send us a message and we can change your gummies or your bundle.

Why was my trial offer cancelled?

First month offers are limited to one per customer, so extra orders under the same offer are usually cancelled. Message us if anything looks wrong.

Are your gummies vegan?

All of our gummies are vegan friendly, except Renewa.

Can I take more than one type?

Yes. Starshroooms, Kalma and Grooovy Greeens can all be taken alongside one another.

Are they safe with medication?

We can't give specific medical advice, so please check with your doctor or pharmacist and show them the ingredient list.
