Every UK order ships free with fully tracked delivery. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are processed the same day, and orders after 2pm the next working day. Delivery usually takes 2 to 3 working days, and you will get a tracking link by email.
Our 30 day money back promise
Not satisfied? Contact us within 30 days and we will refund you. Message us at hello@innooova.com or through the contact form with your order number and tell us what went wrong. There is no need to send opened pouches back unless we ask. We confirm your refund by email and it goes back to your original payment method.
